We charge $80 per hour plus expenses,
which include mileage (.74 per mile), copy
costs, parking and related expenditures. We
can travel to other islands about the Hawaiian
Island chain with the client reimbursing us for
airfare, rental car and lodging. We require a
retainer to begin each case which is
determined by the estimated total hours
dedicated to the case.
